Shipping cost
- Kish: free delivery.
- Other cities: shipped by freight carrier, pay-on-delivery; you pay the freight charge directly to the carrier when you receive the goods and it is not added to the site invoice.
Delivery time
- Delivery to Tehran, in-stock products: 7 working days.
- Custom-made products: 25 working days.
- Orders made with the customer’s own fabric: 35 working days.
Delivery time to other cities depends on the destination and is given to you when we confirm the order. If there is a delay we will tell you, and you may cancel an unshipped order if you prefer not to wait (cancellation terms).
On delivery
Check the parcel in front of the courier/carrier. If you see visible damage, photograph it right away and tell us and the carrier. Details are on Returns & Exchanges.
