By using danddhome.shop or placing an order you accept these terms. “We” means D&D Home; “you” means the user or buyer. Nothing below limits any right the law gives you as a consumer.

1. Using the site

Use the site only for lawful purposes and in line with these terms. You must not gain unauthorised access to the site or other people’s accounts, scrape it with automated tools, or disrupt it.

2. Your account

Sign-in uses your mobile number and a one-time code. The number must be yours and the details you enter must be accurate. Keep your phone and codes safe; activity done with them is attributed to you.

3. Products and prices

• Prices are in Iranian Toman and are the price at the time you place the order. The final amount (goods, shipping if any, and tax if applicable) is shown on the checkout page before you confirm, and no hidden charge is added at the last step.
• Colour and appearance may differ slightly by screen; dimensions and specifications are on each product page.
• If a price or specification is clearly wrong, we will contact you before shipping; you may continue at the correct price or cancel, and a cancellation is refunded in full.

4. Orders and stock

Placing an order is a request to buy and becomes final when we confirm it and the goods are ready. Stock is sold in the showroom and online at the same time; if an item becomes unavailable after your order we will tell you, and you may cancel or wait for restocking, with a full refund of anything paid if you cancel.

5. Payment

The payment methods currently available are shown at checkout. We do not store bank card details on the site.

6. Shipping and delivery

Terms, cost and timing are on the Delivery page. We will tell you about delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (such as transport or weather).

7. Cancellation, returns and refunds

8. Intellectual property

The D&D Home name and marks, the site design and the text and images we produced belong to us or our licensors. Commercial use or republishing without written permission is not allowed. Third-party brand names and images belong to their owners. If you believe content infringes your rights, email us below and we will review it.

9. Limitation of liability

The site is provided “as is” and may occasionally be unavailable. To the extent the law allows, our liability for indirect loss is limited; this never covers our responsibility for defective goods or goods not as described, a paid order not delivered, or any right the consumer-protection law gives you.

How we collect and use data is described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Complaints and disputes

Please contact us first by phone or email below so we can resolve it amicably. These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran; an unresolved dispute will be handled by the competent courts or consumer-complaint bodies as the law provides.

12. Changes

We may update these terms; the new version is published with the date above and applies to later orders, not to orders already placed.
